Comment by AB: In the main gallery, Sahar Khoury presents a rough, steadfast, refreshing and commendable antidote to the interminable deluge of expressionist expressions. We've got ceramics, constructions, mixed media sculptures, and thick rich paint/collage amalgams of life's chards and remnants. Love it! Downstairs, documents and photographs line the walls, and a video rounds out Anne Walsh's take on a Leonora Carrington "utopian feminist fable," The Heart Trumpet. I vote yes.
