Comment by AB: I've been coming here for so many years, I just love watching this show evolve. In it's present incarnation, the antiques part is still present, but there's more art, and modern design, decoration and furnishings than ever. Demographics inexorably trend younger, and the response to that from an international confabulation of specialists in the know is always what entertains me the most. The best part? The entire affair is a fundraiser benefitting Enterprise for Youth .

This time around, we've got art from all time periods with an emphasis on representational painting (remember that?), 20th century furniture is edging out the stuffy stuff, rugs and silver are on the wane, and fun esoterica from all eras abounds including a tarantula table (on my IG @alambamberger), exquisitely itsy bitsy teensy weensie porcelain vessels for $50 each, flags and banners, a leather ant, a demonstrator spine, and the best people-watching in town. In short, an endless treasure hunt where everyone's a winner. Check it out. Admission is still only $10; such a bargain! And now for the goods...
