Comment by AB: These figural abstractions are based on a three-month journey in 2013 taken by Maja Ruznic and Joshua Hagler through Eastern and Western Europe, and in particular, to Syrian refugee camps in Jordan. Worth a visit.

Comment by AB: In the main gallery, Peter Alexander's cast resin sculptures delight with their soft luminescence. In the side gallery, viewers will appreciate how tricky it can be to let watercolor flow and blend. Andrew Belschner does it really well. Good show on both counts.

Luna Rienne Gallery : Brian Barneclo - Misinformation, Exhibition and Parklet Launch.
Review by RWM: Enter a different time and place with Brian Barneclo's art on the walls. You can hear music even though none is playing in these rooms full of his paintings. There is jazz, blues and soul music in the air, like a trip to days gone by. All is still remembered though. Nice to see the earthy colors and ornate designs. You can relax and regroup for an experience to remember and cherish.
