Comment by AB: Leonardo Drew's imposing wall assemblages might be likened to those of Louise Nevelson, except that where Nevelson meticulously cuts and crafts to achieve her outcomes, Drew simply lets it rip, working with whatever he manages to scavenge, while throughout the process, maintaining the as-is condition he finds it in. And somehow it all comes together (though with the passage of time, these babies are gonna get mighty tricky to dust). But they're pristine now, so check 'em out; chaos never looked so good.

Comment by AB: The art auction lineup is pretty impressive and the prices real reasonable, with all proceeds going to benefit Spectrum Surf Camp, a unique therapeutic program that teaches surfing skills to children with autism.
